How long do I keep access to a course?
You keep access for at least 24 months from purchase. If we ever need to retire content, we will provide notice and an alternative or download option when possible.
Do I get a certificate?
Many courses include a CosyCabin Atelier Certificate of Completion. Check the catalog card or detail modal to confirm.
What skill level do I need?
We welcome beginners. Courses labeled “All Levels” include refreshers; advanced tracks guide professionals and ambitious hobbyists.
Can I learn while parenting or working full-time?
Yes. Lessons are compact and projects are modular. You can pause anytime and resume without penalty.
Do you offer refunds?
We don’t offer refunds once content is accessed, but if you hit a technical issue, write to [email protected]. We aim for fair, calm resolutions.
How do Fallows (favorites) work?
Click “♡” or “Add to Fallows” in the catalog to save course IDs in your browser. Visit the Fallows page to manage them.
What payment methods do you accept?
Common cards and local methods where supported by our payment provider. Prices are listed in USD; taxes may apply.
